Q. I'm not entirely clear if this event happens one day only or if we have access all year?
A. You have access all year. Each week, another session will be released. We do it this way so as to not overwhelm the attendees with 20 sessions all at once. The sessions are recorded and delivered 24 x 7 to any device. You can watch them the day they come out, next week, next month, etc. for all of 2020. You can watch, re-watch, rewind, start and stop (for discussions with your staff/board or interruptions). If you choose to watch on the release day, you will be able to interact with the live audience for face-to-face discussions.
Q How do the others in my office log in?
A. Simply have them use the email address and password that you first logged in with. Those credentials can be shared with your fellow staff members, board members, or volunteers in your office. You can quickly and easily do a reset of your password if you want to use something different than what you first logged in with.
Q. Can we access any of the presentations at any time during the year? Or is each speaker scheduled at different times throughout the year and only available during a certain time? Thank you for putting all of this together!
A. Each presentation is recorded and available to you and your team for all of 2020. Watch them at your convenience. We are rolling out one presentation per week so as to not overwhelm you with 20 presentations all at once.
Q. Will these videos be available all year or only during a certain time period?
A. You will have access for all of 2020. Watch them when it is convenient for you.
Q. What are the dates of the online conference?
A. The Online Conference opens with our first session being released on Thursday May 21st.
Each week we will release another of the 20 presentations. You and your team will have access to all of the sessions for all of 2020.
Q. How long are the sessions? Can we use them for training our committees and BOD?
A. Thanks for asking. Most sessions are just under an hour. Some are closer to 30 minutes. Yes, you can use them for training your committees and board. Anyone on your team.
Q. Our chamber invests in the Chamber Pros Education (CPEd) resource. Would this conference require separate registration?
A. Yes. The 2020 Chamber Pros Online Conference (CPOC) is separate from the CPEd resource.
Q. Will these be recorded to watch at a later date or do we have to see them when they happen.
A. They are recorded so you can watch them when you have a moment. You will have all of 2020 to take in the ideas.
Q. Our Chamber would like to register but we have different employees that would listen to different topics. Before I register, are we able to do that? Only one employee per topic of course.
A. You can have different employees access to different topics. You can watch individually or as a team. There are no restrictions other than they need to be part of your team (staff, board, volunteers).
Q. I was curious how this would differ from the Chamber Pros Ed Special that I purchased?
A. The vast majority of Chamber Pros Education sessions are trainings, webinars, interviews, etc. that I was part of such as the Chamber Focus Show episodes, my webinars, videos I created, etc. There are some things in there from others but mostly it's me. The Chamber Pros Online Conference has the IOM experts, state and national chamber conference presenters, and experts from outside the chamber industry.
Q. What is the date of the conference?
A. We will open the conference with the 1st presentation on Thursday May 21st. We will release one session a week for 20 weeks.
